1. Authenticity and condition of products
Yes, all products sold on this website are 100% authentic and brand new.
It is illegal to sell replicas of (i.e. counterfeit) trademarked products in Singapore.
Counterfeiting a trademark is a criminal offence punishable by a fine not exceeding $100,000, or to a jail term not exceeding 5 years, or to both. Offenders found guilty of selling counterfeit products are also liable for the same punishment, pursuant to section 49 of the Trade Marks Act.

2. If so, why are they sold at such low prices compared to boutiques?
Commonly known to all, boutiques have overheads to incur as their costs such as labour costs, rental charges, electrical bills etc. As a result, they mark up their profit margin tremendously although the high prices may not justify its actual value.
As an online shop, other than our precious time taken to manage the online shop, we do not incur such extra charges. Hence, we do not have to factor in that much of a cost into our prices. Our items are directly supplied from a trusted and reliable distributor and thus, there are lesser changed hands involved which equates to lesser fees incurred as well.

3. Why am I required to pay a deposit?
Most of our items are on a pre-order basis, which means that you will have to reserve a slot' with us first. By paying a deposit, it guarantees your order and sincerity in purchasing from us.
If you are not comfortable with the deposit, please do think twice before ordering from us. Unless the item is out of stock or defective (Please see point 9), the deposit is non-refundable. You will pay the remaining amount upon the collection of the items.
Our deposit requires a minimum of $50/- regardless if you opt for bank transfer or cash on delivery for your mode of collection.
For those who are opting for courier services, you are required to pay the remaining amount plus the courier charges (which will be approx S$6-S$15).
If you are not comfortable with the deposit, please do think twice before ordering from us. Unless the item is out of stock or defective (Please see point 9), the deposit is non-refundable. You will pay the remaining amount upon the collection of the items.

4. Reservations of products
You may only secure and reserve an item once payment is made (full/deposit) and we work on a first-come-first-served basis.

*Please note that if you are opting for meetup collection, a deposit of at least S$50 is required. The remaining amount to be paid upon collection. *For those who are opting for courier services, you are required to pay the full amount plus the courier charges (which will be approx S$6-S$15).
After you are done with your payment, please drop us a notification of payment when you are done, together with a print screen of your transaction details if you have transferred using internet banking or a clear snapshot of the transaction receipt for those transferred using atm machines.
A confirmation reply will be sent once payments are verified.
Instalments are not allowed.

Waiting lead time is usually less than 1 week but varies upon your preferred mode of collection (meetup/courier).
7. Delivery Infomation
We allow 2 methods of delivery/collection of your products :

You may contact us via email, Facebook message or WeChat (ID :BrandedVogue).
For those who are unable to meetup, you are strongly recommended to opt for courier services. Please inform us of your preferring date and time.
Courier charges to be advised accordingly as it is dependent on the size of the parcel(which will be approx S$6-S$15).
You would also be provided a tracking number to track the delivery status of your parcel.
We do not recommend for branded goods to be delivered Singpost and would be engaging TaQbin as our main courier service provider.

8. Refund/Exchange policy
We conduct meticulous checks on our items before sending or arranging for collections and defects are rare. If we do spot defects, we would notify you of the news and then request for another brand new bag.
For customers who meet up with us, the onus is on you to check the bags on the spot before parting with us. The doctrine of caveat emptor (buyer beware) applies and we will not be liable should there be any defects found once you part with us. This is also to prevent frauds. Should there be defects found and shown to us on the spot during the collection, we will not collect the remaining amount and would exchange a brand new bag which you would be notified further for collection.
For customers who opt for courier services, as mentioned, we do conduct checks for defects on the items before sending them out, hence there should not be any case of defects when items reach you. All items mailed out via courier services are in tip-top condition and thus, should there be any defects found once you have received them, we are NOT liable for them since risk is passed during transit.
However, if there is a mistake made as to the item in terms of model, size or colour (which we will verify based on your order form), we will exchange a brand new bag for you.
